Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Commitment

We will put equity, diversity, and inclusion at the forefront of our granting requirements. We will challenge our grant recipients to acknowledge the makeup of our community and justify how grants will be used to accommodate people from different races, ethnicities, age groups, gender identities, sexualities, socioeconomic statuses, and disabilities. We do not hold ourselves up as virtuous. We will make mistakes. We have much to learn.
